At Femmora, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The wrong product was received
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Earrings
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
- Products showing signs of wear
Return Process
To request a return:
- Email support@femmora.com
- Include order number
- Attach clear photos of the product
- Our team will review the request
Refunds
Once approved and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please contact your payment provider before contacting us.
